Book a Technician for Remote Technical Assistance
Remote Assistance - Pre-requisite
Please install Anydesk or Team Viewer on your computer before booking a technician for remote technical assistance. Installation links are provided below: (should you require assistance on how to install, please contact us on 010 065 2299. Assistance on installation will not form part of the Remote Support Rate.
Remote Support Rates – R 595.00 per hour or part thereof.
Payment must be made via EFT prior to remote assistance support. Once we receive your request, we will send you an invoice for the first hour, payable prior to the remote assistance support. Should the duration of the remote assistance exceed 1 hour, a secondary invoice will be sent to you at the end of the remote assistance support.
